Robertson's offers a wide range of building work including new build extensions, conservatories, conversions of garages, lofts and barns plus general repair and maintenance.
We can provide structural engineers and communicate with building control and planning. All our work is carried out to the specifications of the architects drawings and we liaise with building inspectors when they are required.

General Maintenance

Ridging

We supply and fit all ridges, all bedded and pointed to a good neat quality. Repairs are also undertaken.

Guttering

We supply and fix all guttering to suit you and your property and water test after completion.

Fascias and Soffits

We supply and fit all pvc fascia and soffit boarding. We also supply, fit and paint timber fascias and soffits if it is preferred.

Lead Work

All lead work is carried out - Box Gutters, Flat Roofs, Flashings including any lead welding and expansion joints if required. All lead work is carried out to lead association specification.

Velux Windows/Skylights

We supply and fit velux windows and all other makes of skylights including conservation to all elevations and we will make good all inside work ie. plastering works.

Joinery

All aspects of carpentry/joinery are undertaken.
